Roman Smith Honors The Fallen

 

During this year’s National Police Week, Eagle Scout candidate Roman Smith of Scout Troop 159 unveiled a meaningful memorial project honoring fallen law enforcement heroes, including his godfather, Beaumont Police Officer Bryan Heber, who was killed in the line of duty in 2011.  -
